Can we build our business base by extending the offering of our services besides email security to this client by managing all security on this server, and potentially others? We're already building email security to fit the client's needs and organization, so we have become the de facto experts on this server. With the level of knowledge we'll already have in place once the project is completed, it only makes sense to offer our services to continue to support the system. The client can rest assured the application is maintained by knowledge staff and we get the added benefit of additional revenue.
