SonicWall to offer cloud-based antispam service

SonicWall Inc. has announced that solution providers will be the exclusive sales channel of its new cloud-based antispam service.

The service, called the SonicWall Comprehensive Anti-Spam Service, integrates enterprise-class antispam technologies into the company's UTM firewalls.

This new service is aimed at SMB customers, as they will have enhanced antispam technologies without having to add a new appliance, resulting in cost savings.

SonicWall boasts this new offering's features, including advanced reputation management and cloud-based advanced content management, as well as the use of SonicWall's GRID antivirus.
