CA launches new channel program for B2B products

CA is calling the partner program "More Security. Less Cost. Completely Installed." The program entitles participating partners to CA's Host-Based Intrusion Prevention (HIPS) tool for free along with the purchase or renewal of CA Threat Manager. The HIPS tool includes an endpoint firewall, IDS, IPS, OS security and application control.

CA is also offering remote installation for many of its B2B network security products, including Threat Manager, HIPS, Total Defense, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and Gateway Security.

These perks are being offered through the CA Internet Security Business Unit to partners worldwide.
